The Association has a small number of units available on a rental basis under Residential Tenancy Agreements.

History of the Village:

“Epping Manor” was constructed in two stages.
The first section consisting of 48 units was opened in 1966 by Senator G.C. McKellar.

The second stage comprising a further 13 units was opened on 26th October 1991 by His Excellency Rear Admiral Peter Sinclair AO.
